Swipe Credit API Terms of Use

This API Terms of Use ("Agreement") governs the use of the Swipe Credit Application Programming Interface ("API") by developers, partners, and users ("User," "You") accessing Swipe Credit's services through the API. By using the API, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you may not use the API.

1. API Use and Access

a. License: Swipe Credit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the API solely for the purpose of accessing and utilizing Swipe Credit's services as outlined in the API documentation.

b. Prohibited Activities: You shall not engage in any activities that violate applicable laws, infringe upon intellectual property rights, disrupt the API's functionality, or compromise the security of Swipe Credit's systems.

2. Data Protection and Privacy

a. Data Handling: You agree to handle any personal data obtained through the API in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Swipe Credit shall not be liable for any mishandling or misuse of personal data by you.

b. Security Measures: You shall implement appropriate security measures to protect the API keys, tokens, and any access credentials provided by Swipe Credit. You shall promptly notify Swipe Credit of any suspected security breaches.

3. No Warranties

a. Disclaimer: The API is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. Swipe Credit makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or functionality of the API.

b. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, Swipe Credit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the API.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Swipe Credit harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the API or any violations of this Agreement.

5. Termination

Swipe Credit reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the API at its discretion, with or without cause, at any time. Termination shall not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the termination date.

6. Modifications

Swipe Credit may modify or update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the API after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law
