We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team at Swipe Credit. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets, developing predictive models and algorithms, and identifying trends and patterns to inform business decisions. Our company is a fast-paced financial technology startup that values innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work directly with a passionate and relationship-oriented founding team.

  • As a Data Scientist at Swipe Credit, your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive business decisions.

  • Develop and test predictive models and algorithms using statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to inform financial and risk management decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to understand business needs and identify opportunities to leverage data to solve business problems.

  • Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and measure the impact of product and business initiatives.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and provide insights to stakeholders across the organization.

  • Work with the data engineering team to ensure data quality, integrity, and availability for analysis and reporting.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and contribute to the development of best practices and standards within the company.

  • Communicate complex analysis and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and automation to increase the efficiency and scalability of data science initiatives.

  • Collaborate with other data scientists and analysts to share knowledge and best practices and promote a culture of continuous learning and growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • The ideal candidate for a Data Scientist role in Swipe Credit typically has at least 3-5 years of experience in a data science or analytics role, with a focus on machine learning, statistical analysis, and data visualization. However, the exact years of experience required may vary depending on the specific company, industry, and role requirements.

  • Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the business and financial landscape, as well as the ability to work with large, complex datasets and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. They should also be familiar with common programming languages used in data science such as Python and R, and have experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or SQL databases.

Sr. Account Executive ( Positions Available - 5)

This role is indispensable. Our Senior Account Executive will be a key player in our sales and revenue growth. We're looking for you to provide examples of challenges tackled in previous roles - namely, what worked and what didn't. Experience building sales momentum at the startup stage is key. Below you'll see the experience we deem necessary — but we appreciate that everyone solves problems differently and is open to meeting candidates with varied backgrounds.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work directly with a passionate and relationship-oriented founding team.

  • Dive deep into our product and scale outbound campaigns for our well-defined customer profile.

  • Leverage and scale our CRM to achieve maximum engagement with our customers.

  • Conduct sales discovery with an eye for both the close and successful onboarding and retention.

  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline while updating forecasts and tracking/optimizing against KPIs.

  • Establish relationships with leaders and decision-makers across all relevant financial services companies.

  • Hone in on new and effective sales and outreach strategies that make a difference towards reaching our goals.

  • Take a mentorship and leadership role in our sales team to bring forth success from all contributors.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience within fast-growing tech startups.

  • Early-stage sales experience, to the extent that you can recognize and iterate on creative ideas to accelerate revenue growth.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • A track record of over-achievement and consistent quota attainment.

  • A positive and open-minded attitude.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the willingness (not just the ability) to become a true product expert.

  • Authentic excitement for stewarding customers from initial engagement, onboarding, and long-term retention.

Swipe Credit is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be working closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure their success in using our product. You will also work closely with other teams within Swipe Credit, such as Sales and Product, to ensure that customer feedback is taken into account and that the product is continually improving.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their success in using Swipe Credit

  • Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our product

  • Developing and implementing customer success strategies to improve customer retention and revenue growth

  • Collaborating with other teams at Swipe Credit to improve our product and services, and to ensure that customer feedback is taken into account

  • Developing and delivering training programs and materials to educate customers on the use of Swipe Credit

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping customers succeed
